The Jensen JWM9A was discontinued over 6 years ago and replaced by the Jensen RV Stereo w DVD Player # JWM90A. From what I can find, the service kit with the correct replacement remote is also no longer available for the JWM9A.
If you cannot locate somewhere that happens to have the correct service kit left in stock or second hand, your best bet will be replacing your current stereo or forgoing the use of the remote. Not an ideal scenario unfortunately. view full answer...
If you are looking for a replacement cradle, I have a solution for you on your Swagman XC2 Bike Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # S64650 or the Swagman Traveler for 2" hitches and RV bumpers # S64663. I went ahead and called my tech at Swagman and he unfortunately could not confirm whether the Replacement Wheel Holder # G1020 is compatible with your XC2. This is because these particular cradles are made specially for the discontinued G10 bike rack.
